The hotel is well-located for travelers with a car looking to explore the volcanic region. the room offers a fantastic view and it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. the breakfast was diverse and incredibly delicious.
The room lacked practicality with multiple large bags as there was too much unnecessary furniture. the air conditioning was not available during our visit so we had to leave the balcony door open for fresh air which resulted in some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel had a great view of the nearby attractions and was conveniently located near the main city. The onsen was exceptional, and breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel was understaffed during the New Year, causing a lot of delays with our requests. The thermostat didn’t work properly, and the room was too warm for our liking.
