The hotel is well-located for travelers with a car looking to explore the volcanic region. the room offers a fantastic view and it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. the breakfast was diverse and incredibly delicious.

The room lacked practicality with multiple large bags as there was too much unnecessary furniture. the air conditioning was not available during our visit so we had to leave the balcony door open for fresh air which resulted in some noise from neighboring rooms.

The food, clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful view, great location for exploring Aso and nearby attractions.

Rooms offer spacious living and spectacular views of the mountainous landscape. the staff is accommodating and friendly, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Guests who do not have access to a car may find it difficult to get around due to limited transportation options in the area.

The hotel was understaffed during the New Year, causing a lot of delays with our requests. The thermostat didn’t work properly, and the room was too warm for our liking.
